Rawganic started life as a medical company which specialised in skin wipes. We  spent a lot of time in hospitals talking to patients and nurses, and realised they were becoming increasingly conscious of what they were putting on their skin, both at work and at home. Coupled with this, our products were being used in an increasingly disposable way. Although a necessity to stop the spread of bacteria and infection, the environmental impact of this waste was weighing on their minds (and ours!), and cropped up regularly in our discussions.

This prompted us to look into the ingredients used in consumer skincare, as we knew it wasn't only those in high-risk environments who worried about the makeup and impact of their products. We were shocked to find that facial wipes contained harsh surfactant and preservatives - and the wipes themselves were  made from plastic.

In a world of polluted oceans and fatbergs, we realised there was a need for change. Using our expertise in the medical field and wet wipe development, we set out on a mission to create the best facial wipe in the world. It needed to be effective, gentle and sustainable.
